At PEC, we reaffirm our commitment to sustainable development with the same ambition to be a company with a positive impact, a trusted partner, and an attractive brand. We strive to continuously progress, innovate, and improve our practices. We build strong relationships aligned with our values, both with our partners and within our teams, so that everyone can be proud of the results we achieve together. We take concrete actions that demonstrate it is possible to combine performance with sustainability.

This policy applies to all our teams and covers every aspect of the company’s activities. It provides a shared framework that guides our relationships with stakeholders and informs decision-making with a focus on sustainable development.
The Sustainable Development Committee, in collaboration with senior management, is responsible for coordinating, communicating, and monitoring the implementation of this policy and its associated action plan.
Regular follow-ups, including quarterly meetings and annual reviews, will help assess progress and adjust actions as needed. The policy and its action plan will be reviewed upon their expiration.
Our goal of reducing our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 15% by 2030 is part of a much broader ambition: to become a carbon-neutral company by 2050 through our participation in the Carbon Neutral Challenge.
Our baseline GHG emissions inventory, covering the period from May 2024 to April 2025, represents the starting point of our approach:
Scope 1 (direct): 4,142.82 tCO₂e – fuel combustion and fugitive refrigerant emissions
Scope 2 (indirect): 1.10 tCO₂e – electricity consumption of facilities
This inventory covers all sites, facilities, and motorized equipment over which P.E.C. Enterprises have operational control. It was conducted in accordance with the principles of relevance, completeness, consistency, accuracy, transparency, and conservatism, in compliance with ISO 14064-1. This rigor ensures that our data accurately reflect our operational reality, while enabling us to track progress and compare our performance with other organizations in the sector.
Committed governance
This initiative is overseen by our Sustainability Committee, a representative decision-making body bringing together management, shareholders, and employees. The committee supervises the implementation of the carbon-neutrality plan, integrates climate objectives into business and investment decisions, and assesses risks and opportunities related to climate change.
This is only the beginning
This inventory represents only the first milestone in our carbon-neutrality plan. It will serve as the foundation for identifying levers for action, guiding our initiatives, and measuring results, with regular updates to follow detailing the concrete actions we will implement to achieve our reduction targets and become a carbon-neutral company by 2050.
