History

The initials "PEC" pay tribute to the company's founder, Paul-Eugène Cayouette. He began his career as a forestry entrepreneur and later diversified his activities into transportation and snow removal. In 1980, he founded P.E. Cayouette et Fils Inc., which later became Les Entreprises PEC Inc. in 1996.

Today, a strong family legacy is present within the company, with his eldest son François serving as president and his younger son Guy as president and CEO.
